How we control the saddle quality?

We have a professional QC team.

QC will check the quality in each producing step.

•1. Drawing ready 

•2. Gauge and inspection form ready 

•3. Checking the recording the result needs to do both at the same time. 

•4. Labeling pass or not after checking. 

•5. Any nonconforming goods will be separated into a different area and deal with acc to non-conforming goods management rules.
