Bicycle Producing

Purchase department sources material from the good vendor. They need to be tested before production. All of the tubes is prepared, tubes are suitable size through machine cuts.

After the cut, tubes are connected by electric welding to be a frame.

They come to this room twice. The first time the color is painted, then the surface is drawn. Finish second paint, the frame will as same as design draft. Finished are waiting for the sticker.

Spokes are weaved and fixed on the hub, then workers will connect spokes and hub with the rim.

Wheels are tightening through this machine.

As photo shows, this bike is fitting DISC brake. And the staff is installing it.

All of the parts are prepared, bikes will be born on the production line.

In order to smaller volume and durable package, workers continue to find a solution.

Bulk goods are loading after QC finish final Test.
